Additional Note

• Mother’s safety is our top most priority. We are happy to reschedule the shoot date in case of any health difficulties/issues.

• Booking amount will be 40% of the selected package amount, need to be paid in advanced while booking the date of the photo session. This 40% booking amount is non-refundable, however it can be adjusted for any future new born/baby photoshoot.

• We reserve the copyright of all Captured Photos and have right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. A contract and consent form will be signed during the booking. 

• This package price is part of our promotional offering and subject to the previous point, if you don’t want us to use your pics for our online publicity/portfolio then please let us know the same and an additional 25% would be applicable as per our Non-Promotional Rates. A revised contract agreement will be sent in that cases.

• If  You just wanted to do indoor photoshoot in you place then extra ₹ 1500 will be added as portability and logistic charge (Standard package ₹ 12,000 + ₹ 1,500 = ₹ 13,500)

• We reserve the Copyright of all Captured Photos during the session, initial delivery photos will have our watermark in them and only the no of photos mentioned as "Edited Images" in the respective package will be given without Watermark and Print Release of the same will be provided.

• Additional photos can be edited over the mentioned no of "Edited Images" with a nominal cost of ₹100 (+ 18% GST) per photo. If you want the Copyright/Watermark to be removed from any image(s), the same nominal cost will imply the same with/without editing.

• Prints and Photobooks can be done separately with additional cost if not included in the package. Please let us know if you want any Canvera photobook.

• We also offer a customised package as well as per client's need depending on no of Photos / Prints, please let us know if any queries.

• We rent Maternity Wardrobe/Dress as well.

• We don’t take any pre shoot security deposit for our special maternity gowns/sarees. However, If any dress gets damaged by client during the photo session, flat charge of ₹3,000 will be levied.

• Usage of personal digital camera or similar is not allowed during the photo session, you can take fewsnaps/BTS (no flash) via your mobile with our consent & not interrupting our team during the session.

• For Client’s location photo session client will need to provide the food & for locations outside the service area(Kolkata) - client will need to provide the food, logistics and lodging (if required).

• Payment Options – 40% Advanced as booking amount(Not Refundable), next 40% on the day of shoot, remaining 20% on the before the final edited photos/photobook delivery.

• Initial Photos will be delivered only after receiving Second Part of the payment, i.e. 80% of payment should be cleared by day of the photo session.
